1. Website operator
The website is operated by POLCERO sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Kietrz, Poland, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register (KRS) under number 0001178417, NIP 8971955510, REGON 542000919 ("POLCERO", "we").

2. Use of the website
The website and its content are provided for informational purposes about POLCERO and its products and services. You may browse and use the site for lawful purposes only.
You agree not to interfere with the operation or security of the site, not to attempt unauthorised access, and not to use it in a way that infringes the rights of others or applicable law.
3. Intellectual property
All content on the website - text, graphics, logos, images, layout and software - is owned by POLCERO or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, distribute or create derivative works without our prior written consent, except as permitted by mandatory law.
4. Products, enquiries and orders - no commercial offer
POLCERO offers advanced robots, humanoid platforms, transport drones and the Polcero Jet One single-seat eVTOL, together with related services. Products are, as a rule, manufactured to order.
Information published on the website, including product descriptions and indicative pricing, is not a commercial offer within the meaning of Article 66 of the Polish Civil Code. It is an invitation to enter into negotiations.
Submitting the contact or order form is a non-binding request or order; on its own it does not conclude a sales contract and creates no obligation on either side. A binding contract arises only through a separately concluded agreement or an invoice issued by POLCERO and accepted and paid by you.
5. Orders, prices and payment
After you submit an order, we contact you by e-mail to confirm the details and your delivery address, and then issue an invoice. Prices shown on the website are indicative; for the Polcero Jet One the colour you select sets the price. Any taxes are stated or added in accordance with law.
Payment is made by bank transfer against the invoice we issue. Production or preparation of the product begins once payment is received, unless the individual contract provides otherwise.
Shipping and delivery are quoted separately and are not included in the product price.
6. Delivery
Delivery times, method and terms are agreed individually and set out in the contract or on the invoice. The passing of risk and of title follows the terms of that contract and applicable law.
7. Right of withdrawal (consumers)
A consumer who concludes a distance or off-premises contract generally has the right to withdraw within 14 days, in accordance with the Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights.
This right does not apply, among other cases, to contracts for goods that are non-prefabricated and made to the consumer’s specification or clearly personalised - which applies to products built to a chosen configuration (for example a Polcero Jet One in a selected colour and specification).
Where the right of withdrawal applies, you may exercise it by contacting biuro@polcero.com within the time limit.
8. Product use, licences and lawful operation
The buyer is solely responsible for obtaining any licences, permits, registrations, training and insurance required to own and operate the product, and for operating it lawfully and safely in accordance with local, national and aviation regulations. This applies in particular to the Polcero Jet One and any other eVTOL or aircraft.
Published specifications and performance figures are preliminary and may change following testing and development. POLCERO does not warrant that a product may be operated without a licence, permit or registration in your jurisdiction.
9. Liability
We take care to keep the information on the website accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant that it is complete, current or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, POLCERO is not liable for decisions taken solely on the basis of website content. This clause does not limit any liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law, including consumer-protection law.
10. Personal data
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
11. Complaints
Complaints relating to products, orders or the operation of the website may be submitted by e-mail to biuro@polcero.com. The full procedure, required information and timelines are set out in our Complaints Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Polish law. Any disputes will be resolved by the Polish court having jurisdiction over the seat of POLCERO, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules provide otherwise; a consumer may also use out-of-court dispute resolution, including the EU ODR platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may amend these Terms. The version published on the website with the date above applies to your current use; orders already placed are governed by the version in force when they were submitted.
