1. Data controller

The controller of your personal data is POLCERO sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Kietrz, Poland, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register (KRS) under number 0001178417, NIP 8971955510, REGON 542000919 ("POLCERO", "we").

2. What data we collect

Contact form: the name, e-mail address, company (optional), subject and message content you provide when you write to us.

Order form: when you place an order for a product (for example the Polcero Jet One), we collect your name, e-mail address, telephone number, company name and VAT / registration number (for business buyers), delivery address, and the details of your order (product, colour, quantity and the indicative total), together with any notes you add.

Technical data: server logs (IP address, browser type, date and time of request) generated automatically when you visit the site, and information stored in or read from cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy).

We do not knowingly collect data from children and we do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal effects for you.

3. Purposes and legal bases

To respond to your enquiry and take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract - Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

To process and perform your order and the resulting sales contract - contacting you, confirming the order, arranging delivery and after-sales handling - Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

To comply with legal obligations to which we are subject, in particular accounting and tax obligations such as issuing and storing invoices - Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.

To operate, secure and maintain the website and to pursue our legitimate interests, including answering business correspondence, establishing or defending claims and preventing abuse - Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

To use analytics and marketing cookies - only on the basis of your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, which you can withdraw at any time.

4. Cookies and analytics

We use essential cookies necessary for the site to function, and - with your consent - analytics and marketing cookies. You manage your choices through the cookie settings panel available on the site. Full details are in our Cookie Policy.

5. Recipients and processors

Your data may be shared with trusted providers who process it on our behalf under data-processing agreements, in particular our hosting and e-mail provider, our accounting and tax service, and - for the delivery of ordered products - couriers and carriers. Subject to your consent, data may also be shared with analytics providers.

We do not sell your personal data.

6. Retention

Enquiry data is kept for as long as necessary to handle the matter and afterwards for the period required to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Order, contract and invoicing data is kept for the period required by accounting and tax law - in principle five years counted from the end of the calendar year in which the tax obligation arose - and for the period needed to handle warranty and complaint claims.

Consent-based data is kept until you withdraw consent. Server logs are kept for a limited period for security and diagnostics.

7. Transfers outside the EEA

Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we ensure an adequate level of protection through appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, to data portability, and to object to processing based on our legitimate interest. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.
