POLCERO OS

A brain that assigns a goal - not a pre-programmed motion.

The AI platform takes the task, plans its execution, supervises the run and documents the result. The robot learns by demonstration - an operator performs the task, the system understands and acts autonomously, with no complex programming. Models can run locally, on-device, without sending imagery outside.

A humanoid on a mobile platform enters a hall designed for people without rebuilding it. It reaches where a worker reaches, serves several stations instead of standing at one, and performs two operations in a single cycle.

One platform in many configurations

We don't build a separate machine for every task. We build one core module, mount it on the chosen chassis and arm it with a task module - the same machine, a different tool and program, handles a different task.

Robots that swap their own batteries

Every robot runs on three hot-swap packs and reads the state of each one. A four-bay charging station keeps a rotation of packs ready, and the robot docks to swap its own packs during a shift - so the work never stops for the battery.

Batteries - or run straight off the grid

Robots are autonomous on batteries, but where a site can supply power they run off the grid through a cable. Lower running cost, no packs to rotate, no downtime.
