POLCERO joins three layers: an AI platform that plans and supervises the work, transport that delivers the robot on site, and a modular robot that picks its own chassis and task module for the task it finds. You assign a goal, not a motion.

POLCERO OS
The AI platform takes the task, plans its execution, supervises the run and documents the result. The robot learns by demonstration - an operator performs the task, the system understands and acts autonomously, with no complex programming. Models can run locally, on-device, without sending imagery outside.

APPLICATIONS



A humanoid on a mobile platform enters a hall designed for people without rebuilding it. It reaches where a worker reaches, serves several stations instead of standing at one, and performs two operations in a single cycle.
A robot with an agriculture task module harvests vegetables in greenhouses, tunnels and fields, and when needed swaps the gripper for a laser to weed. It works where satellite signal fails.
A transport drone delivers parts, materials and the robots themselves into mountainous terrain, construction sites without paved roads, and areas cut off after a failure or flood. The missing link of the hourly-rental model.
We don't build a separate machine for every task. We build one core module, mount it on the chosen chassis and arm it with a task module - the same machine, a different tool and program, handles a different task.
ALWAYS-ON POWER
Every robot runs on three hot-swap packs and reads the state of each one. A four-bay charging station keeps a rotation of packs ready, and the robot docks to swap its own packs during a shift - so the work never stops for the battery.

POWER INFRASTRUCTURE
Robots are autonomous on batteries, but where a site can supply power they run off the grid through a cable. Lower running cost, no packs to rotate, no downtime.
Fully mobile and autonomous - three packs rotate through the charging dock.
In halls, factories and greenhouses, fixed power rails feed the robot as it works.
On fields and yards, overhead conductor lines like tram catenary power the fleet and top up its packs.
